FCSL Founder's Profile

Mr. Fisayo O. Okusanya (MNSE), has spent the last 30 years in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector as a Project Management practitioner. He had a stint with Texaco Overseas (now Chevron) and then spent the majority of his career with ExxonMobil Nigeria, a career that climaxed at a Senior Project Management position.

Prior to leaving ExxonMobil, he was Portfolio Project Manager for a $1.2Billion suite of Projects which included the QIT Power Distribution Upgrade Project (QPDUP), the Settling & Storage Tank Revamp Projects (SSTR), MobilTherm Heater Revamp Project, 15MW Solar T130 Turbine Installation & Commissioning, Onshore & Offshore Security Upgrade Projects, Community Projects Portfolio. In this role, he was the primary accountable person for the projects' Safety, Quality, Cost and Schedule. He transitioned from this role to become the Functional Construction, Installation, Quality and Materials Management Manager for ExxonMobil Nigeria. In this role, he was responsible to ensure consistency of application of processes, staffing, and delivery, across the organization.

Through his career, he had the opportunity of working and managing Civil / Structural, Mechanical / Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation, Fabrication & Assembly and Construction/Installation projects both Onshore and Offshore. He also had the privilege of being the Marine and Installation Supervisor at a point in his career where he was responsible for ensuring all Marine Vessel (Pipelay barges, Work barges, Anchor Handlers, Supply Vessels etc) mobilized into ExxonMobil waters were fit for use and met all safety and execution requirements. In ExxonMobil, he attained the Advanced Milestone in Construction and in Project Management.

He left ExxonMobil in 2021 and founded Fisco Construction Services Limited (FCSL). In the short period, he has been able to help FCSL transform from a Forming organization into a Performing organization having secured and currently executing projects for key players in the Nigerian Oil & Gas space as well as other desiring customers. FCSL is at the verge of becoming ISO 90001 certified, having built systems and processes over the period.
